Its seat and its direction will be in Bolzano-Bozen (Italy).
It will manage all operations particulary those wich are connected to the development of programs concerning internationals relations.
It is a non-Governmental Organizations wich has been founded in order to let many professional activities cooperate with each other trough some European and Extraeuropean delegates.
As a consequence this NGO will be represented from qualified persons who have their own indipendent activity.
A membership-form and EUPR-Card will qualify the delegate and will permit to act in the name of the NGO.
